Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of PET preforms.
- Check weight, dimensions, neck finish, colour, and visual quality.
- Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming products.
- Coordinate with Production to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food-grade, GMP, and ISO quality requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Quality Management, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of QC experience in PET preforms, plastics, injection moulding, or beverage packaging.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments, quality inspection, and documentation.
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
