The PVC Extruder Operator will operate and monitor PVC extrusion machines to produce highquality PVC pipes while ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PVC extrusion machines.
- Set machine parameters.
- Monitor product quality.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning.
- Report machine faults.
- Minimize production waste.
- Follow production schedules.
- Observe all safety procedures.
Requirement
- Experience operating PVC extrusion machines.
- Technical or vocational training is an advantage.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
