This trust has been built over time. It comes from our strong commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. At Sintex, we believe true progress should improve daily life while also protecting the environment for future generations.
Sintex Takes a Major Step Toward Clean Energy

As part of our sustainability journey, Sintex recently reached an important milestone. During an official event at the Sintex Tank Factory in the Tema Industrial Park, Richard Gyan-Mensah, the Deputy Minister of Energy and Green Transition, on 27 November 2025 officially inaugurated an 850 kWp grid-tied solar power system.”
This solar installation marks a major step toward cleaner and smarter energy use in our manufacturing operations. It supports our long term vision of reducing environmental impact while improving efficiency and productivity.
The project received strong recognition, described as “a strategic, forward-looking investment by the company, reducing operational costs, cutting carbon emissions, and aligning with environmental sustainability goals.” For Sintex, this investment goes beyond energy savings. It reflects leadership, responsibility, and a commitment to doing business the right way.
Supporting Ghana’s Renewable Energy Goals
The solar project also aligns with national development priorities. As highlighted during the ceremony, “the project aligns with the government’s national target of raising the share of modern renewables in Ghana’s energy mix from 5% to 10% by 2030.” Sintex is proud to contribute to Ghana’s clean energy transition and to serve as an example for responsible industrial growth.
During the handing over ceremony, our director shared what truly drives the Sintex brand. He spoke about our long history of building dependable solutions and our responsibility to keep improving while caring for the environment. Sustainability is not just a message for us, it is part of how we operate. This is why we continue to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and work with trusted partners like SolPower, whose expertise helped make this solar project possible.
The Deputy Minister also encouraged others to take similar steps, noting that “other industries, both large and small, should follow Sintex’s example and adopt renewable energy solutions such as solar.” This recognition reinforces Sintex’s position as a leader in innovation and sustainability within Ghana’s industrial space.
Innovation at the Core of Every Sintex Solution

Innovation has always been at the heart of Sintex. Every product we design is created to make life easier, safer, and more efficient for our customers.
Our innovative septic tank systems were developed to address sanitation challenges with cleaner, safer, and more efficient solutions. They are strong, easy to maintain, and trusted by homes and businesses across Ghana.
We also support cleaner communities and safer roads with our durable wheelie bins and road barriers, helping cities and towns stay organised as they continue to grow.
Our Sintex pipes are designed for reliable water flow and long term performance. They are widely used in homes, industries, and farms, offering strength, durability, and peace of mind.
For large scale water needs, the 35,000 litre Sintex Max Tank stands out. It is one of the biggest water tanks in the region and is built for estates, factories, farms, and large facilities that require a steady and safe water supply.

Building a Greener and Stronger Future
All these solutions reflect the same belief, innovation must serve people and protect the environment. By adding clean solar energy to our factory operations, Sintex is taking this innovation even further. This step helps reduce energy costs, lower carbon emissions, and support a greener future for Ghana.
As we move forward, Sintex will continue to lead with ideas that improve everyday life. We will keep working with trusted partners, using quality materials, and investing in smart technology that supports growth and sustainability.
This is the journey Sintex started many years ago, and it is the journey we will continue, together with our customers, communities, and partners.
Sintex stands for trust, quality, and progress, today and always.
